While we don't currently have dedicated accessible rooms, our premium apartments are designed with spacious layouts to provide ease of movement and comfort for all guests.
Our apartments feature standard doorways though wide corridors, allowing for easy navigation with mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers. The spacious design ensures that there are no barriers or tight spaces that could impede movement within the living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms which have walk in showers. We understand that external access is crucial for guests requiring mobility assistance, and we are happy to arrange for external ramps to be provided upon request. These ramps ensure smooth and safe entry and exit from the apartments, allowing guests to enjoy their stay with peace of mind.
Our property provides designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities, along with ramp access to the second-floor pool area. Additionally, our friendly staff are available to assist with any specific accessibility needs such as arranging specialised equipment sourced from the local hire providers or requests to ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay with us.

We are delighted to share our ongoing commitment to reducing single-use plastics in our guest rooms. As part of this initiative, we have made a significant decision to eliminate single-use dry amenities, taking a bold step towards a plastic-free environment.
We understand the importance of preserving our planet for future generations. By removing single-use plastic amenities from our guest rooms, we are significantly reducing our environmental footprint. We have replaced a number of items at property upgrading to sustainable bamboo room keys, biodegradable pens and plastic free packaged dishwashing powder, laundry powder and tissues.
As part of our ongoing efforts, we have made the proactive decision to move to large format amenities, replacing our single-use plastic common amenities with eco-friendly pump dispensers throughout the hotel. By eliminating single-use plastic bottles, we are significantly reducing the amount of waste generated by our operations. This commitment aligns with our dedication to environmental stewardship and reflects our ongoing efforts to improve sustainability in all aspects of our hotel.
