Dining

Katers Restaurant

The true essence of Southern Highlands dining is found at Katers Restaurant. Here you will get some idea of the level of passion for Southern Highlands ingredients.

The setting complements the excellent standards of the kitchen, with pendant ceiling lights and luxurious décor. In the restaurant its a real fine dining experience where every effort has been made to showcase the amazing local produce. Outside on the terrace and on the lounges we take a more casual approach.

In Katers you can expect to see the very best of amazing local Artisan produce, cooked with respect, using techniques old and new, dishes that showcase elegance and sophistication, refinement and true flavours of our region. We source locally grown vegetables, herbs and edible flowers, truly giving you a taste of the freshest local produce direct from the source.

Katers Casual Lounge Menu

In essence the Katers Casual Lounge menu is the food we like to eat when relaxing on sunny Sunday afternoon in our courtyard garden. Fresh, vibrant flavours, featuring the best of our local produce. No gels, foams or dehydrating here – this food is a more simple approach to the much more technical food in Katers.
