Experiences
Day or night, rain or shine - Broadbeach and the Gold Coast never ceases to amaze!
From sun drenched beaches to boutique shopping to vibrant nightlife to delicious dining, Broadbeach is rapidly becoming the premier destination for Gold Coast holidays. Holiday makers are amazed at the many things to do in and around the Broadbeach.
Along the Broadbeach strip travellers are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. There are over 100 quality restaurants and cafes lining Surf Parade
and the Broadbeach Mall and no matter what you're in the mood for, you won't be disappointed. You'll find al fresco, á la carte, so many international
choices as well as popular spots like Moo Moo Wine Bar and Grill which puts the sexy back into steak!
Did somebody say beach? The Gold Coast boasts 50km of white sand and pristine blue waters which stretch through and past Broadbeach. Kurrawa Beach plays host to some of Australia's major surf life-saving competitions.
If you're feeling the urge to shop, say no more with Pacific Fair within walking distance and Oasis Shopping Centre on Broadbeach Mall or Nicon Plaza located on Surf Parade. Whether you're browsing or looking for something specific, you're sure to have fun finding it in Broadbeach.
When the sun goes down the night comes to life - the best of the Gold Coast's nightclubs and bars are located in Broadbeach and neighbouring Surfers Paradise. Dance the night away to house music, techno, live bands or watch a Las Vegas style floor show at The Star Gold Coast, then try your luck on the gaming tables.
For something very unique head to Draculas. A fast paced Vampire variety cabaret theatre show that combines acerbic comedy, wicked burlesque, bizarre human circus and off-the-dial madness. Two hours of creative insanity that absolutely rocks!
Perfect for the whole family, Putt Put at Mermaid Beach offers 18 Hole Courses including Jungle Trail, Fun Run and Waterways. Putt through a crazy world of colourful characters, motorised obstacles, talking animals, cascading waters and themed music at every
twist and turn. Enjoy a treat at the 19th Hole Refreshments, play Video Games or take a picnic to the shaded BBQ zone.
Sky Point, located on top of the iconic Q1 Building, one of the world's tallest residential towers takes you to the highest point above the Gold Coast and offers spectacular 360
degree views from the surf to the hinterland and beyond, rising 230m into the sky.
Anyone for footy? Take in an Aussie Rules footy game. On the Nerang-Broadbeach Road, the Metricon Stadium is home to the Gold Coast Suns, the local AFL footy team.
Or how about a little rugby? Skilled Park Stadium in Robina hosts the Titans NRL home games.
Looking for something arty, something crafty or something you just know you won't find back home. The Broadbeach beachfront parkland is
transformed into a colourful kaleidoscope of market stalls where everything is home-grown, home-made or home-baked - unique gifts, jewellery,
fresh produce, beauty products, beachwear and much more. Held in Kurrawa Park on the first and third Sunday of every month.
