At FV by Peppers, we strive to accommodate the diverse needs of all our guests, including those with mobility challenges. While we don't currently have dedicated accessible rooms, three of our apartments feature walk-in showers with hand rails for guests with limited mobility. In addition, all of our open-plan apartments are designed with spacious layouts to provide ease of movement and comfort for all guests. Additionally, our friendly staff are available to assist with any specific accessibility needs or requests to ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay with us.
Here at FV by Peppers we are committed to embedding sustainability into every facet of our daily operations. We recognise that sustainability is an ongoing journey and are continually striving to reduce our carbon footprint wherever possible. Below are some of the initiatives we have implemented to date.
As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing single-use plastics in our guest rooms, we have made a significant decision to eliminate single-use dry amenities, taking a bold step towards a plastic-free environment.
We understand the importance of preserving our planet for future generations. By removing single-use plastic amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, and shower caps from our guest rooms, we are significantly reducing our environmental footprint. Instead, guests can request bamboo dry amenities by calling room service or visiting our friendly team at reception.
At FV by Peppers we have made the proactive decision to move to large format amenities, replacing our single-use plastic common amenities with refillable pump dispensers throughout the hotel. By eliminating single-use plastic bottles, we are significantly reducing the amount of waste generated by our operations. This commitment aligns with our dedication to environmental stewardship and reflects our ongoing efforts to improve sustainability in all aspects of our hotel.
At FV by Peppers, all hotel waste is separated into co-mingle, cardboard, food waste and general waste, minimising our impact on landfill. In addition, we have taken a number of steps to further reduce water and embrace a circular system.
